Ryu and Sakura will channel their inner superhero with the upcoming release of Mega Man-inspired costumes coming to SFV. Ryu will don the Mega Man suit equipped with helmet and blaster and Sakura will become Roll wearing her traditional suit and hair.

The costume for the fighters is appropriate as Mega Man is known to do his version of Ryu’s uppercut in other games such as Marvel Vs. Capcom and Smash Bros.

This is the latest addition of costumes that are inspired by the series. Rashid received his Windman suit during Season 3 and Balrog’s Gutsman costume is currently available in the ‘Extra Battle’ mode.

Just when you thought they were done, Alex too will also receive the Leo costume on March 15 which will also be attainable in the extra battle mode.

SFV has implemented the crossover costumes which began in Season 3 with the fighters wearing suits from other popular Capcom games including Viewtiful Joe, Resident Evil, Darkstalkers, and Devil May Cry just to name a few.

The costumes for Ryu and Sakura will be available on February 26. You can start earning pieced for the Gutsman costume in extra battle all the way through April. Rashid’s Windman costume is currently not available but follow Street Fighter on Twitter for updates on when his costume will become available again.
