Three Things To Know Before Combo Breaker This Weekend

Combo Breaker is one of the biggest events for the Capcom Pro Tour, Tekken World Tour, and the Smash Bros. community. Besides the main games that will take place on the main stage this year, there are other pieces of information that attendees should be aware of prior to the event. 

Draft Two of Pools Now Available

Players have been posting about their pools since they were released in a Google Document last week. An update to the pools was made yesterday as tweeted from the Combo Breaker account.

Access the new document by clicking here. These are not permanent until the feedback forms have been viewed and accommodated.

Side Tournaments

Thanks to side tournaments, your favorite games continue to have life. Side tournaments this year will include the following games:

  • Dead or Alive 6
  • Injustice 2
  • Mortal Kombat X
  • Power Rangers: BFTG
  • Street Fighter X Tekken

Try Samurai Shodown

As posted on their Twitter, players will get the chance to try the game before its official release on PS4 and Xbox on June 25, 2019.

 

The game will be featured on PC and Nintendo Switch in Winter 2019.

Combo Breaker comes to you this weekend live from the Pheasant Run Resort Gallery Hall in Saint Charles, IL May 24-26.
